## Return & Exchange Policy

### The short version

You have **14 days** from the day you receive your order to return or exchange an item, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging.

### How to return

1. Message us on WhatsApp at +962 7 8000 0000 with your order number. 2. Tell us which item and why — a photo helps if the item arrived damaged. 3. We arrange collection or tell you where to send it.

### What we refund

- **Faulty or wrong item:** full refund including the original delivery cost, or a free exchange. - **Changed your mind:** refund of the item price. Return shipping is deducted.

Refunds for cash-on-delivery orders are paid by bank transfer or cash, whichever you prefer, and are issued within **7 working days** of us receiving the item back.

### What cannot be returned

- Items marked as final sale - Underwear, swimwear, and earrings, for hygiene reasons - Personalised or made-to-order items - Items returned without their original packaging

This policy is in addition to your rights under Jordanian consumer protection law, and does not replace them.
